Next doudou dolls... and in fact, one of the oldest, who sat for the longest time in my computer. I did the sketch somewhere around... 2004 or 2005 an dI just decided to finish it today.
In the world of doudou dolls, full of sorcery, voodoo and other necromancy, cemetery are place of peace and power. But mainly power. And power attract all kind of undesired attention. Grave robbers, dark mages, vultures. That's why the grave keeper created Angie. To protect the cemetary and the dead, to defend them form the Witcher. He made the doll from the rope of a hanged man, the shroud of a dead woman, and his own finger, a living flesh who will sustend Angie long after his death. And it"lived" for a very long time, one of the only doll older than Lady Mandy, who remember the great fire and had been so much patched it now look like a puzzle. It loose its arms during of fight against a dark mage, and the grave keeper at this time was too clumsy with his hands to repair it, but Angie doesn't care and use its hair as a lasso, weapon or hand. And altought it is very old, and had seen all the gravekeepers dies, angie is an happy, optimistic, kind little fellow. It is even a little TOO happy sometimes...

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
